Unaccompanied minor fares (5-11 years) available on Sechelt-Nanaimo Route only.
Unaccompanied minors are classified as a child 5-11 years travelling without a responsible adult on the aircraft with them. Children under 5 years must be accompanied by an adult on this route. This rate can only be booked by contacting our office directly and is unavailable for online bookings. All children (2-11 years) must be accompanied by an adult on all other routes.
A responsible adult must wait with the unaccompanied minor at the departure location and must escort the minor to the aircraft and wait with them until the aircraft has been fully boarded. A responsible adult must meet the plane for arrival at the arrival location. Sunshine Coast Air must have the name and contact number for the responsible adult in each location. If an alternate responsible adult will be dropping off/picking up the unaccompanied minor from the names listed on the booking, please contact the office prior to the flight at 604-740-8889 to update the details for the flight.
